Will Sneed

Joining The Hardy Group in 2005, Will has overseen $650 million of renovations at The JW Marriott Marco Island Resort and Spa. HADRDY has been working on the property for over 23 years performing various renovations, expansions, facility maintenance, and sustainability projects at the resort, as well as two Clubhouses and golf courses.  Will has been with the project for the past 17 years and will be the project executive for the foreseeable future, as the work is ongoing. Will manages the entire team to complete due diligence management, project and construction management, consultant oversight, project accounting,  and more, equating to an average of $20 – $30 million per year.

Will has over 40 years of experience in various aspects of Construction, inclusive of; Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Hospitality Construction,  Power Plants,  and numerous Industrial Facilities. He has more than 30 years of experience in Disaster Recovery Projects, such as, natural disasters, inclusive of; hurricanes, tornados, and floods. Prior to HARDY, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Ferguson Harbour, Inc, based in Nashville, TN. specializing in  emergency response, disaster recovery, environmental remediation, EPA Superfund Sites, as well as DEA remediation projects.   Will began with the company when they were managing 10 office locations and $50 million in revenue and was instrumental in growing the company to 40 offices and managing $400 million of government and Fortune 100 contracts.   Will also has spent years working in the Energy Sector, Oil and Gas Exploration and Development and Installation of Natural Gas Storage and distribution facilities.
