Teresa Garner

Teresa joined The Hardy Group in 2012 as an experienced Project Accountant and has assumed the responsibility of Project Accounting Director and manager of Hardy’s proprietary database Rivur; an Enterprise Cloud Platform for managing financial commercial real estate reporting. Through Rivur, Teresa sets up project profiles, oversees the project managers processes and assists with any accounting related questions and draw preparation. She creates the monthly draw process, managing well over $100 Million, as well as receiving the draw funding and paying vendor invoices for specifically contracted client.

Teresa pays vendor invoices, manages working capital accounts for deposits needed to ensure a smooth flow of project scheduling, reconciles all monthly bank statements and prepares monthly internal reports for HARDY to record total volume of work performed and client-based statistics.

Joining HARDY with 20 years of management expertise, Teresa worked with Aarene Contracting LLC and Capital City Stucco, Inc., both located in Atlanta, GA, including but not limited to, AIA billings, preparing monthly reports for Owners, reviewing and approving expense reports, reviewing contracts, performing job cost analysis, assisting in close-outs for final retainage release by owner, and appropriating all bonds and insurance as required by contract documents.
