Scott Weaver

Scott joined The Hardy Group in 2020 with over 30 years of varied experience spanning financial management, project management, tax services and business leadership within the real estate investment sector. As the Chief Financial Officer, Scott provides strategic leadership and oversees all financial functions at HARDY, including strategic planning and forecasting, providing financial analysis to ownership, KPI metrics, monitoring, reporting, project management and implementation, budgeting, treasury and banking relationships, cross-functional team leadership, tax planning and reporting, corporate risk management and decision making, and HR functions.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Scott was the first CFO for OS National LLC, a Title and Escrow company specializing in closing transactions for institutional buyers of single-family rental homes. Scott was acknowledged for exponentially growing the real estate title and escrow company with $50 Million in revenue and a high volume of business transactions. Prior to that, Scott was the CFO/President – Investor Services of BVT Equity Holdings, Inc, a German Syndicator of US Real Estate and Renewable Energy Investments. Leading the Atlanta office of this international investment company, Scott participated as an active voting member of the investment committee, held responsibility for establishment of internal controls, account reconciliation processes and assurance that financials were GAAP compliant.

Scott graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Account from Louisiana Tech University.
