Roger Speth

Roger joined The Hardy Group’s Atlanta office in November 2019 as a Project Director with a background of Operations, Economics, and Business Administration. As a Project Director, Roger is responsible for managing daily tasks, including coordinating project goals, managing consultants, and developing estimates for FF&E and OS&E. He oversees the FF&E design and procurement process ensuring that it remains within budget and on schedule, coordinates and oversees the hotel installation, and tracks change orders alongside the On-Site Project Manager. He assists in obtaining permits for temporary and final occupancy, supports operations for a smooth transition, and manages cost management and accounting procedures. Additionally, he prepares cash flow forecasts and schedules, facilitates monthly draw and project cost reports, manages contract closeout, completes punch lists, coordinates final lien waivers, and performs other necessary project functions.

• Project Director overseeing accounting, budgeting, and finances of the program, as well as tracking warehouse costs, inventory and pre-construction services for The Highgate Program, a collection of approximately 150 hotels spanning from New York to California.
• Guestroom and public spaces renovation at Hampton Inn Laredo in Laredo, TX.
• Guestroom and public spaces renovation and exterior remediation at Residence Inn Seattle Northeast/Bothell in Bothell, WA.
• Guestroom and public spaces renovation at Four Points By Sheraton in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
• Guestroom and public spaces renovation at Residence Inn by Marriott in Las Vegas, NV.
• Interior remediation and exterior modernization at Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Lewisville in Lewisville, TX.
• Interior remediation and renovation at Courtyard by Marriott Montvale in Montvale, NJ.
• Public space and guestroom renovation at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Portsmouth, NH.

Prior to joining HARDY, Roger was the Director of Operations for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving East Atlanta and the Operations Manager for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving and Storage Atlanta.

He graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
