Peter joined The Hardy Group in 1995 and has been responsible for overall project management, leadership, and HARDY performance for all types of projects and services. He has spent over 30 years in real estate development and has been involved in managing more than 80 major projects.

Prior to HARDY, Peter was employed for eight years with Cooper Carry & Associates of Atlanta, Georgia as a Project Architect. Peter was responsible for design and construction documentation for major commercial hotel projects. Peter was also employed with Holiday Inn Worldwide (now InterContinental Hotel Group) of Atlanta, Georgia for two years as a Project Manager and was responsible for coordinating interior design, renovation and purchasing for 20 hotel properties. He has also been employed with Kirksey-Meyers Architects as a Project Architect and Nat Krahl and Associates as Project Engineer both out of Houston, Texas.

Peter is a graduate of Rice University, Houston, Texas with a Master of Architecture and also a graduate of Princeton University, Princeton, NJ with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Magna Cum Laude. He has completed the Dale Carnegie Course and the Creative Leadership Course while employed with HARDY and is currently a registered Architect in the State of Texas.
