Paul Angeloni

In 2013, Paul became a part of The Hardy Group, where he contributed to various projects. His involvement included renovating guestrooms and public spaces for esteemed locations such as the San Juan Intercontinental, Ritz-Carlton Naples, Hotel Marina Del Ray Doubletree, Four Seasons Manele, and Villagio/Vintage Yountville. Additionally, Paul played a key role in the transformation of public spaces at the Diplomat Hotel in Miami, overseeing renovations for the restaurant, spa, ballroom, parking structure, and model rooms at the Ritz Carlton Naples. His expertise extended to projects like the ballroom addition, outdoor bar, and aquatics expansion at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, as well as the ballroom renovation at the Marriott Harbor Beach Hotel and guestrooms renovation at the Hyatt Hotel in St. Louis.

Most recently, Paul was Chief Project Officer at Pegasus Development Partners. Prior to his initial employment with HARDY, Paul was the Project Manager/Superintendent at Voorhees International, Inc. responsible for managing hotel guest room renovation projects throughout the US, including the New Orleans Marriott, the Chicago Marriott, the J.W. Marriott, Washington DC, The Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, FL. He was the Chief Engineer/Director of Property Operations for the Los Angeles Airport Hilton and Towers, responsible for the maintenance and engineering operation of the 1,234 room, 1.25 million square foot hotel. He was the Assistant Director of Property Operations for Anaheim Hilton and Towers responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a 1.5 million square foot property with 1,576 guest rooms, including the day-to-day operations of a 60-person department with an annual operating budget of over $3,000,000. He also operated and maintained complex boiler and chiller plants, and all other systems and spaces.

Paul studied Automotive Engineering at Golden West College, Huntington Beach, CA, Steam Energy System, Electrical Engineering at Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, CA and HVAC Systems, Direct Digital Controls at Cal-State University, Long Beach, CA.
