Patrick Walker

Patrick joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over 4 years of project management experience. He specializes in project management and client services utilizing leadership, effective communication, task completion, pragmatic thinking, and a drive for excellence. Throughout his career, Patrick has held the position of Project Manager, Assistant Golf Professional, and Research Analyst. He has worked for a variety of companies including Malone Construction, Inc, Grand Canyon University, The Boulders Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Missouri Department of Economic Development.

In his recent role as Project Manager at Malone Construction, Inc, Patrick was responsible for daily management of up to 6 projects congruently, providing clients, architects, and designers the individualized service they require while utilizing upwards of 15+ vendors in the building component. Additionally, he was responsible for the schedule synchronization, budget management, and site execution of projects ranging from small décor updates to multi-million-dollar luxury redevelopments. His recent projects included rebranding of Hilton and Marriott properties as well as the redevelopment of the St. Regis event spaces and residences.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri and a Masters in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
