Project Director

Patricia joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over 15 years of experience in hotel renovation, construction, and project management. She is a goal-oriented leader who is dedicated to facilitating a progressive approach to Hotel Design, Construction and Project Management. Patricia has excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills, diverse professional experience, and strong analytical and project management expertise.

As a Project Director, she is responsible for managing daily tasks, including coordinating project goals, managing consultants, and developing estimates for FF&E and OS&E. He oversees the FF&E design and procurement process ensuring that it remains within budget and on schedule, coordinates and oversees the hotel installation, and tracks change orders alongside the On-Site Project Manager. She assists in obtaining permits for temporary and final occupancy, supports operations for a smooth transition, and manages cost management and accounting procedures. Additionally, he prepares cash flow forecasts and schedules, facilitates monthly draw and project cost reports, manages contract closeout, completes punch lists, coordinates final lien waivers, and performs other necessary project functions.

  • Guestroom and public space renovation at Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Greenwich, CT.
  • Extensive renovation at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Guestroom expansion and renovation project at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort in Santa Barbara, CA.
  • Public Space renovation at Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ.
  • Interior renovation program of the 725 guestrooms and Lobby space at the Lexington Hotel in New York City, NY.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Patricia served as a Project Manager for HCPM Hospitality in Fairfield, New Jersey. Her responsibilities included but weren’t limited to: full construction management, developing budgets & scopes of work to meet Hotel Brand PIP requirements and Owners requested renovations, and management of Architects, designers, contractors, and all vendors. She managed highly complex projects requiring extensive problem solving and innovative thinking and consistently delivered projects on time and on budget. In her seven-year working with HCPM Hospitality, she managed the renovation of approximately 5 million dollars of projects annually and managed a diverse portfolio including full-service hotels and limited service across brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton.

Patricia earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from City of Technology in New York, NY and an Associate Degree of Architecture from the College of Staten Island in Staten Island, NY. Additionally, Patricia has received OSHA 10, 30, and 60 hour Construction Safety & Health certification and is fluent in Spanish.
