Parker Matson

Parker was promoted to Senior Project Manager in April 2024, after joining The Hardy Group as a Project Manager in October 2021. In his role as an On-Site Senior Project Manager, Parker oversees the active construction phases of projects, ensuring daily coordination with the General Contractor and Hotel Operations for seamless project execution.

A selection of Parker’s recent projects include:

• New build tower, complete renovation of guestrooms and public spaces, and hurricane remediation at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in Naples, FL.
• Senior Project Managing working on The Highgate Program, a collection of approximately 150 hotels spanning from New York to California.
• New build clubhouse at Quail West Country Club in Naples, FL.
• New build project at St. John The Evangelist life Activity Center in Naples, FL.
• New build clubhouse at The Dunes – Clubhouse in Naples, FL.
• New build assisted living facility at Sapphire Lakes Pineapple House in Naples, FL.

Prior to HARDY, Parker served as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Assistant Project Manager at GATES Construction. He was responsible for preconstruction, onsite supervision, and project management. Parker is a certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and owned his own business performing all duties to operate a general contracting company; bid projects, write contracts, hire, and manage sub-contractors, jobsite supervision, financial management, project management and more.

Parker graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University, in Fort Myers, FL. In his free time he is involved with Take Stock In Children Organization; mentoring local students through their journey from elementary school to high school graduation.
