Nathan Asay

Nathan became part of The Hardy Group in 2008 and swiftly ascended the ranks, establishing himself as a vital team member. In December 2021, his diligent efforts, unwavering dedication, and notable achievements were recognized through his promotion to the esteemed position of the company’s inaugural Executive Project Director.

Throughout his time as Project Director and Senior Project Director, Nathan worked with and continues to lead HARDY’s largest client portfolios, Chartres Lodging Group, Watermark Lodging Trust, and Trinity Investments. Select projects include; The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – Magnificent Mile, Chicago, IL; The Sheraton Dallas Hotel Convention Center, Dallas, TX; Grande Lakes Orlando Resort, Orlando, FL; the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Phoenix, AZ; and a Carey Watermark Investors program of over 30 assignments to date, including, Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, Denver, CO; and the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

As of December 2023, Nathan oversees all of the Trinity Investments projects including EAST Miami, Miami, FL; Grande Lakes Orlando, FL; Hyatt Regency Greenwich, Greenwich, CT; Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa, Indian Wells, CA; JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Phoenix, AZ; Omni San Diego, San Diego, CA; The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Hollywood, FL; The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, Irving, TX; The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali, Lahaina, HI; and W Hollywood, Hollywood, CA.

Prior to working at HARDY, Nathan spent three years with Atlanta Construction/Higginbotham Engineering of Atlanta as a project supervisor. He performed as a supervisor over the framing and drywall crew for all interior and exterior finishes, as well as managed performance warranty work.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, Atlanta, GA.
