Nathan Asay

Nathan joined The Hardy Group in 2008 and quickly established himself as a vital team member. In his current role as a Project Executive, Nathan oversees all projects for Trinity Investments, providing leadership and managing budgets, schedules, design development, and construction. He serves as the primary client contact and ensures seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Prior to his current role with Trinity Investments, Nathan worked as a Project Director and Senior Project Director, leading some of HARDY’s largest client portfolios, including Chartres Lodging Group and Watermark Lodging Trust. Key projects during this time include:

• The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – Magnificent Mile in Chicago, IL.

• The Sheraton Dallas Hotel Convention Center in Dallas, TX.

• A Carey Watermark Investors program, encompassing more than 30 assignments, including the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley in San Diego, CA, Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center in Denver, CO, and Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Valley, FL.

Before joining HARDY, Nathan spent three years with Atlanta Construction/Higginbotham Engineering of Atlanta as a project supervisor, overseeing framing and drywall crews for interior and exterior finishes and managing performance warranty work.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, GA.
