Nathan joined The Hardy Group in early 2012, bringing significant experience as a Project Director. Since then, he has been instrumental in numerous renovation projects, including over a decade of dedication to enhancing the Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort. In 2023, Nathan led a team to achieve a remarkable transformation at the resort. This comprehensive project included constructing the new Vanderbilt Tower, creating outdoor spaces with pools, bungalows, and cabanas, and extensively redesigning all 474 guest rooms and suites.

A selection of additional remarkable projects Nathan has worked on include:

  • New build tower, complete renovation of guestrooms and public spaces, a new parking facility and the hurricane remediation at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in Naples, FL.
  • Extensive renovation of guestrooms and condominium units and Lightkeepers Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, FL
  • Development of the Tala Beach Club at 1 Hotel South Beach in South Beach, FL.
  • Extensive guestroom and public space renovation at Denver Marriott Tech Center in Denver, CO
  • Newly constructed meeting space & redevelopment of the River Falls Pool Aquatic Park and Bar at Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL.
  • Renovation of the public spaces at The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta, GA
  • Renovation of the public spaces at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Repositioning of the public spaces and pools at Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali in Lahaina, HI.
  • Renovation of the Guestrooms and Lobby, The new Aquatics park and pool bar at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón in Naples, FL
  • 2018 Renovation of the Spa, Gumbo Limbo Restaurant (included raising the structure and the Ballrooms at The Ritz-Carlton Naples in Naples, FL
  • 2013 Hotel Shut Down including the Renovation of the Guestrooms, Restaurant Outlets and Façade Projects at The Ritz-Carlton Naples in Naples, FL

Nathan has demonstrated Disaster Remediation and Restoration expertise by effectively overseeing properties requiring Disaster Recovery initiatives. A selection of Nathan’s Disaster Remediation and Restoration projects include:

  • $55M remediation and restoration project of a portfolio of 12 properties affected by Hurricane Irma.
  • $275M remediation and restoration following Hurricane Ian while also spearheading a comprehensive renovation project at Ritz-Carlton, Naples in Naples, FL.
  • $27M remediation and restoration at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, FL

Prior to joining HARDY, Nathan spent two years at Noble Investment Group and oversaw the new build Aloft hotel at the Epicenter in downtown Charlotte. Before that he spent nine years working for Hunt Construction Group on several ground up projects that included the Hartsfield Jackson International Terminal, Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, the Umstead Hotel in Cary, North Carolina and the Phillies Spring Training Stadium in Clearwater, FL.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He is also affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
