Project Director

Nick was promoted to Senior Project Director in February 2022. He joined The Hardy Group in October 2018 as a Project Director in the Atlanta office, bringing a strong background in supervising and performing construction work, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and serving as a supervisor, coach, and leader for project teams.

In his current role, Nick leads overall project management, ensuring exceptional performance and serving as the primary client contact. He is responsible for establishing project goals, developing design and scope, and creating budgets and schedules. Additionally, he manages the Capital Intelligence process, reviews contracts and change orders, oversees cost management and accounting, prepares cash flow forecasts, and manages project staff.

  • Extensive renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North in Atlanta, GA.
  • Extensive guestroom renovation at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head, SC.
  • Guestroom and suite renovation at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta, GA.
  • Extensive renovation at New York City Courtyard Times Square West in New York City, NY.  
  • Public spaces renovation at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ
  • Redevelopment of F&B spaces at 1 Hotel South Beach in South Beach, FL.
  • Ballroom renovation at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Guestroom and public spaces renovation at Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali in Lahaina, HI.

Prior to joining HARDY, Nick worked with Shawmut Design and Construction in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Florida area as a superintendent, defining project scope, identifying, and allocating resources, establishing schedule, and monitoring the progress of all. Additionally, he worked with Summit Design and Build, LLC in Chicago, Illinois as a supervisor.

Nick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Kansas, where he was a scholarship recipient. He has also completed an OSHA 30-hour Construction Course.
