Leslie Tyson

Leslie joined The Hardy Group in 2020 as Project Director in the Hawaii office. During her time with The Hardy Group, she has focused on projects at the Kauai Beach Villas and Royal Sonesta Kaua’i Resort Lihue with a scope inclusive of extensive renovation of 356 guestrooms and corridors, two restaurants, lobby, Porte Cochere, fitness center, ballroom and meeting spaces.

Leslie has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years representing and working alongside the industry’s well-known brands and vendors. Her responsibilities have included FF&E procurement, liaison to Ownership, correspondence and communication with project vendors, construction management, on-site supervision, support to Senior Project Managers and more.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Leslie worked on Manele Bay Resort, Views Restaurant Refresh; Koele Health and Wellness Center, Aulani Resort, Lazy River; Kea Lani Fairmont, Ko Restaurant; Marriott Vacation Club at Ko Olina, Pool; Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk, Timeshare Conversion.
