Kristen Anderson

Kristen joined the Hardy Group in 2022 as a Project Director with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As of December 2023, Kristen supports The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point and Ritz-Carlton Naples hurricane remediation efforts. Her responsibilities include coordinating claim costs between ownership and insurance and provide on-site support.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Kristen has held various positions at Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Naples and Philadelphia serving in the titles Director Rooms Operation, Director of Housekeeping, Front of House Manager, Assistant Direct of Housekeeping, and Housekeeping Manager. In her most recent role at the Director of Rooms Operation, Kristen partnered with the Executive Committee, Contractors, and Owners to oversee and coordinated projects for the hotel’s $150 million hotel renovation. In addition, she managed the budget, championed property management system upgrade, and met with department leaders to focus on improving the guest experience in conjunction with luxury standards. She has in depth knowledge about hotels, excellent project management skills, and is an incredible relationship manager.

Kristen has earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from Southern New Hampshire University.
