Justin is an extremely detail oriented construction professional with a background in qualifying and quantifying project requirements and specifications to develop, plan, manage and deliver projects within costs and schedule. Justin has 16 years of experience estimating for design and construction companies, such as Blue Cord Design & Construction, Odyssey Global, Barton Malow, NBCUniversal, Newco Construction, Wharton-Smith, Inc. and more.

Justin has worked directly with architects, engineers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors. He works from conceptual design through project delivery and owner turnover, including post-mortem cost summaries through project completion, with understanding the planning, permitting and inspection processes required for construction. He is proficient in multiple construction types, including theme parks, restaurants, schools, federal projects, municipal work, commercial, retail, hotel, resort, hospitality, and multi-family projects. He has critical and analytical thinking, team management, negotiations, and implementation & adaptation of technology.
