Jeff joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with 24 years of experience in successfully executing hospitality, mixed-use, and residential projects. His areas of expertise include leadership, team building, budgets, financial modeling, project management, phasing and scheduling, and construction management.
In his current role as Senior Project Director, Jeff leads overall project management, ensuring exceptional performance and serving as the primary client contact. He is responsible for establishing project goals, developing design and scope, and creating budgets and schedules. Additionally, he manages the Capital Intelligence process, reviews contracts and change orders, oversees cost management and accounting, prepares cash flow forecasts, and manages project staff.
Since joining HARDY, Jeff has worked on extensive renovations in California. A selection of Jeff’s recent projects include:
- Redevelopment of guestrooms and villas and brand conversion at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA.
- Renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at the Omni San Diego in San Diego, CA.
- Renovation and brand conversion at the Riviera Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA.
- Boutique Hotel renovation of deluxe suites and public spaces at the Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale, AZ.
- New build project at the Westin Anaheim in Anaheim, CA.
- Extensive renovation and expansion at Avenue of the Arts Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.
- Guestroom, public spaces, and exterior renovation at the Anaheim Hotel in Anaheim, CA.
Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Jeff held the title of Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, Vice President of Development and Construction, Managing Director, Project Manager, and Project Architect. He has worked for a variety of companies including Daski Group, Wincome Group, RNL Design (Stantec), Gensler, Fentress Architects, and FX Collaborative.
Jeff has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently at the Daski Group, he successfully completed Hotel Property Improvement Plan and conversion of a motel to a Marriott Tribute. Prior to that at the Wincome Group, Jeff formed a seven-person US development team and established protocols and best practices to work alongside the existing hotel operations team. He managed and directed all aspects of design and construction for projects in Orange County, with a total valuation over $800M. Additionally, Jeff oversaw the successful application for Transit Occupancy Tax rebates, allowing for development of two ground-up, 600 key hotels. He also delivered a renovation and conversion of an existing 3-Diamond hotel on the West Coast’s first Marriott Tribute Hotel.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and an MBA, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. He holds an Architectural license in New York, Colorado, and California. Additionally, Jeff has been recognized in the Top 20 Under 40, received an AIA NY Honor Award, and was featured in Architect Magazine P/A Award for the Broad Museum.
