Jackson joined The Hardy Group in 2023 as a Project Director with nearly 10 years of Project Management experience. He is a strongly motivated professional with dynamic leadership ability, creative problem-solving skills, and extensive organizational and budget management experience. As a Project Director, Jackson is responsible for managing daily tasks, including coordinating project goals, managing consultants, and developing estimates for FF&E and OS&E. He oversees the FF&E design and procurement process ensuring that it remains within budget and on schedule, coordinates and oversees the hotel installation, and tracks change orders alongside the On-Site Project Manager. He assists in obtaining permits for temporary and final occupancy, supports operations for a smooth transition, and manages cost management and accounting procedures. Additionally, he prepares cash flow forecasts and schedules, facilitates monthly draw and project cost reports, manages contract closeout, completes punch lists, coordinates final lien waivers, and performs other necessary project functions.

- Extensive renovation of pool deck and Sugar, award-winning rooftop and lounge at EAST Miami in Miami, FL.
- Brand conversion and redevelopment inclusive of guestroom renovation, public spaces, and ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas in Irving, TX.
- New gymnasium, senior center, community center, playground, pool, pavilions, resurfacing of the football field and walking trails at Jesse Davis Park in Douglasville, GA.
- 278 acre new development project at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA.
- Renovation of student houses for Campus Apartments, LLC in Clemson, SC.
Throughout his career, Jackson has held the position of Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Management Intern. Jackson has worked for a variety of companies including Reeves Young, Fortune-Johnson General Contractors, and Georgia Gwinnett College, completing projects for various Owner/Developers such as Newport Development Partners, Terwilliger Pappas, and Camp Twin Lakes. In his previous role as Assistant Project Manager at Reeves Young, Jackson effectively managed two major projects. One of the projects he managed was Camp Twin Lakes – Phase II in Rutledge, GA. This project’s budget was $21.6M, with a team of 50+ subcontractors/trade partners, and was delivered on schedule and under budget, leading to $600K in savings for the client. The project scope spanned 278 acres and was a new, completely accessible camp for individuals of all abilities consisting of residential, operational, and program facilities.
Jackson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, GA.
