Frank joined The Hardy Group in 2024, bringing over 35 years of experience in project management, construction, and development. He is adept at managing complex projects through various phases, including Project Entitlements, Design Supervision, and Construction Administration. Frank excels in consultant coordination, team leadership, and cost control throughout the design and construction process.

Before joining The Hardy Group, Frank held several positions, such as Regional Director of Construction, Construction Management Consultant, VP of Development and Construction, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. He worked for a variety of companies including, T2 Hospitality, JMI Realty, The Robert Green Co., Woodfin Suite Hotels, Four Seasons Resort Development, and Nielsen Dilingham Builders.

Frank has overseen numerous notable hospitality projects, such as the Thompson Hotel in Denver , Four Season Hotel in Palo Alto, Dual Brand Hotel AC Hotel/Citrine in Palo Alto, CA; The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, Four Seasons Aviara Resort Club in Carlsbad, CA,

Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
