Eric Augur

Eric joined The Hardy Group’s Atlanta office in 2014 as a Senior Project Director, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management. In May 2022, Eric earned a well-deserved promotion to Project Executive. In this role, he oversees comprehensive project management, provides leadership, and ensures exemplary performance across all project types and services within the organization.

• Extensive renovation of guestrooms and new terrace-top bar and expansion of meeting room and ballrooms at Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel in Chicago, IL.
• Renovation of guestrooms, F&B, and public spaces at Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN.
• Extensive renovation of guestrooms and condominium units at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, FL.
• Redevelopment of the guestrooms & public areas at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, GA.
• Renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at Embassy Suites Denver Convention Center in Denver, CO.
• New build TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Capitol District in Nashville, TN.
• Extensive renovation of guestrooms, F&B, and public spaces at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
• New build ballroom constructed above the surrounding lake at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL.

• Program Management for 61 properties for Watermark Capital.
• New build development of the Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL.
• New build ballroom addition at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando in Orlando, FL.
• New build development on 375 acres at Cabot Saint Lucia in Cap Estate, Saint Lucia.
• Extensive guestroom renovation at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head, SC.
• Historic renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at Royal Palm South Beach in Miami Beach, FL.

Prior to joining HARDY, Eric was Vice President of Longitude One-Eighty Inc. in Atlanta directing all construction operations, developing strategies, and recruiting and training new employees. He was Senior Project Manager for Lend Lease in Atlanta managing multi-site sector programs, collaborating with InterContinental Hotel Group with Privatized Army Lodging program that consisted of new hotel construction / renovations across all U.S. Army installations, and provided constructability reviews, value engineering, and strategic procurement services to Starwood Hotels and Resorts during the development of the Aloft and Element brands. In addition, Eric was instrumental in developing and managing the renovation of the entire Extended Stay America renovation program that consisted of complete interior and exterior renovations and rebranding of 700+ hotels across the US.

Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Fitchburg State College, Fitchburg, MA. He is accredited in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), Primavera P6, and completed the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Future Leaders Program. Additionally, he was invited and completed Future Leaders and Project Success Planning leadership courses.
