Daniel Andujar

Daniel joined The Hardy Group in 2021, bringing with him six years of experience in preconstruction for commercial and industrial HVAC systems and post-tension concrete foundations. During his initial two years, he contributed to the program team, managing a portfolio of over 150 hotels. Since then, Daniel has broadened his expertise, working on a diverse range of hotel projects.

A selection of Daniel’s recent projects include:

• New build project at Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL.
• Retrofit of existing 9 story hotel to a 10 floor Marriott Tribute Hotel with a rooftop pool and bar a the Dallas Tribute, in Dallas, TX.
• Extensive renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at the Grande Lakes Orlando in Orlando, FL
• Managed 3.19 million exterior signage renovation on 74 properties in The Highgate Program, a collection of approximately 150 hotels spanning from New York to California.

Prior to HARDY, he was a Project Manager for Tendon Systems, LLC, Atlanta, GA. He facilitated material supply and engineering support for upwards of 25 different projects at a time, coordinating manufacturing plant, drafting, and engineering operations with client needs and project schedules. Responsible for knowing and thoroughly understanding the post-tension concrete design and installation process to answer client questions and provide timely problem resolution. Daniel was an Estimator for Haven Contracting, Inc., Jacksonville, FL, responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications, and working with general contractors and outside engineers to create estimates and proposals for multi-million-dollar projects in the concrete foundations scope, specifically post-tension foundations.

Daniel graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL with an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Honor Society.
