Chris Allen

Chris joined The Hardy Group in 2024 with over 20 years of construction and management experience. He is a self-motivated and organized professional that is driven to find innovative solutions. Chris has extensive experience leading large teams with motivational and conflict-resolution techniques. In his previous roles, he utilized a variety of skills including, negotiations, creating achievable schedules, conducting efficient meetings, meticulously tracking budgets, forecasting, and proper sequencing and more.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Chris served as Project Manager – Large Loss/Commercial-Hospitality, Sr. Project Manager – Residential/Commercial-Hospitality, Region Manager – Residential/Commercial, Project Manager/Superintendent – Residential, and Journeyman Carpenter. He worked for a variety of companies including, Paul Davis Restoration of Idaho, Pinnacle Construction & Development, Cleary Building Corporation, Mountain Home Builders, Ohio & Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenter, and CCB Construction.

Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate’s of Science degree from Southern State Community College and a Bachelor of Science with a focus on Integrative Biology from University of Montana Western.

As of January 2024, he is the Senior Project Manager at the Omni San Diego. He will be on-site overseeing the extensive renovation of 511 guestrooms, event space, all-day dining market and café, rooftop pool bar, 1st floor/6th floor public spaces, and multiple meeting spaces/board rooms.
