Bianca Anderson

In 2024, Bianca brought her invaluable expertise in human resources to The Hardy Group. Bianca’s focus lies in employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and recruitment.

In her most recent role, Bianca was the Human Resources & Employee Engagement Business Partner at Hylaine. She was instrumental in expanding Hylaine’s overall headcount and providing ongoing performance coaching to her team of 30 people. Bianca was a trusted advisor to her leadership team, providing guidance on HR policies and programs. She launched the Cheers and Check-Ins program to foster engagement across 4 remote markets and regularly planned engagement activities for the Atlanta Team. Additionally, Bianca introduced and streamlined the Diversity & Inclusion Programming, which explores DEI-related topics in the workplace.

Bianca received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Savannah State University in Savannah, GA and Master of Arts in I/O Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL.
