Since joining The Hardy Group in 2019, Ashley has become an integral member of the executive team managing the coordination and communication of enterprise wide strategic, policy and organizational issues. Her dedication and support has been acknowledged with a promotion to Chief of Staff in 2022. Ashley’s responsibilities include supporting new business development, organizing, and tracking key enterprise management metrics, managing the development of HARDY’s organizational design and refinements.
Focusing on Workforce Development, Ashley implements and evaluates programs that elevate the professional development of team members, providing recruiting of new professionals, on boarding processes, continuous improvement training, and enhancing and strengthening the company culture. Ashley’s hospitality career began six years ago in Hotel Operations for the DoubleTree at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. Following her passion, she moved on to Project Management & Development, joining the ownership team to oversee renovations and development of their hotel portfolio. Ashley graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Ashley serves as The Hardy Group Council Director, overseeing and organizing internal councils. She is also an active member of The Castell BUILD program, a leadership program that is part of The Castell Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to recognize and celebrate females within the Hospitality Industry, and provide opportunities and education for women, resulting in leadership and ownership all levels of the hospitality industry.
