Andy Bush

Andy joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has served as Regional New Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Hotel Operations Support Consultant, and Director of Property Management and Development. Andy has worked for a variety of companies including InterContinental Hotel Group, JLL, and Prince-Bush Hotels, Inc. Since joining The Hardy Group, Andy has worked on extensive renovations in Georgia and Florida.

In his current role, Andy leads overall project management, ensuring exceptional performance and serving as the primary client contact. He is responsible for establishing project goals, developing design and scope, and creating budgets and schedules. Additionally, he manages the Capital Intelligence process, reviews contracts and change orders, oversees cost management and accounting, prepares cash flow forecasts, and manages project staff.

• Guestroom and Public Space Renovation at Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, GA.
• Meeting Space Renovation at New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, LA.
• Renovation at Wingate by Wyndham in Kennesaw, GA.
• Renovation at Comfort Suites in Starkville, MS.
• Renovation at Hilton Garden Inn in Tupelo, MS.

Prior to working for HARDY, Andy was involved in a variety of hospitality projects, including noteworthy projects: 1,800 guestroom and all public area renovation at the Atlanta Marriot Marquis in Atlanta, GA, the prototype building launch of the IHG avid and Atwell Suites brands, meeting space renovation at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, LA, Holiday Inn Express new build in historic downtown Savannah, GA, and Holiday Inn new build in downtown Charleston, SC. 

Andy received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Andy received a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
