Andy Anderson

Andy joined The Hardy Group in 2008 bringing with him 25 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. At HARDY, Andy has been instrumental in providing comprehensive and extensive on-site project and construction management services across the United States and Puerto Rico. Andy’s work spans a diverse range of renovation and new construction projects, including iconic properties like; The Four Seasons, Vail; HPT/IHG Program; Hamilton Crowne Plaza, DC; Tremont Plaza, Baltimore; IHG, Puerto Rico; Haddon Hall, Miami; Double Tree Suites, Houston; Diplomat, Florida; Vintage Inn and Villagio Estates, Yountville; Hurricane Remediation work, and Rosewood at Tuckers Point, Bermuda.

Andy’s most recent projects include:

• Redevelopment of the guestrooms & public areas at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, GA.
• Redevelopment of F&B spaces at 1 Hotel South Beach in South Beach, FL.
• Newly constructed meeting space & redevelopment of the River Falls Aquatic Park at Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL.
• New build ballroom addition at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando in Orlando, FL.
• New build ballroom constructed above the surrounding lake at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL.
• Redevelopment of guestrooms & public spaces at the W Hollywood in Hollywood, CA.

Before joining HARDY, Andy worked at Property and Hospitality Resources of Texas, LLC providing site superintendent services to Marriott Architect and Construction for seven Marriott Branded properties; as a Director of Engineering for another seven properties; and supervisory and management positions for Hotel Intercontinental.

Andy served in the U.S. Navy and received training in engineering and machinist mate school. Additionally, he is FMA certified and attended many self-improvement courses related to construction.
