Alyson Berget

Alyson Berget joined The Hardy Group’s Los Angeles Office in 2023 as a Project Director. She has more than a decade of experience in design and management and a unique blend of creativity and strong project management abilities, particularly in the realms of design, construction, and real estate. Over the course of her professional journey, Alyson has assumed various roles, including Design + Development Manager, Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, Studio Coordinator, and Area Associate. She has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as BLVD Hospitality, Park Lane Projects, Wolcott Architecture, Gensler, and Kohler.

As a Project Director, Alyson is responsible for managing daily tasks, including coordinating project goals, managing consultants, and developing estimates for FF&E and OS&E. She oversees the FF&E design and procurement process ensuring that it remains within budget and on schedule, coordinates and oversees the hotel installation, and tracks change orders alongside the On-Site Project Manager. She assists in obtaining permits for temporary and final occupancy, supports operations for a smooth transition, and manages cost management and accounting procedures. Additionally, she prepares cash flow forecasts and schedules, facilitates monthly draw and project cost reports, manages contract closeout, completes punch lists, coordinates final lien waivers, and performs other necessary project functions.

• Owners Representation at Viceroy L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA
• Extensive renovation at NeueHouse Venice Beach in Venice, CA
• Renovation of Mr T. Los Angeles in Los Angeles, CA

Prior to joining HARDY, Alyson was the Design + Development Manager at BLVD Hospitality, Alyson’s responsibilities included but weren’t limited to managing and overseeing all facets of the design, pre-construction, and implementation of construction projects, coordinating all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction, and managing daily activities of the design team and contractor. Additionally, throughout her career, Alyson has held positions at notable hospitality projects, including Development Lead for the complete renovation of The Georgian Hotel, Owners Representative for renovations at the Viceroy L’Ermitage, and Project Manager for all consultant and city coordination related to entitlements and feasibility for Mr. T Los Angeles.

Alyson received a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree with a specialty in Interior Architecture from Illinois Institute of Art Chicago and received a Graphic Design Certificate from School of the Art Institute.
