The 372-Room Announces Completion of Multi-Million Renovation

The Hardy Group proudly announces the successful completion of a multi-million-dollar renovation project at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North. This extensive renovation encompassed enhancements across every facet of the hotel, including public areas, guest rooms and suites, and the introduction of a fresh café and marketplace named Perimeter Provisions. Additionally, our efforts included the installation of cabanas featuring firepits, providing guests with a delightful alfresco dining experience on the hotel’s SAVOR Patio. We are thrilled to have partnered with Barings and HEI Hotel & Resorts in bringing these remarkable upgrades to fruition.

“The scope of this renovation improved virtually every aspect of the hotel, including adding a new café and marketplace in our lobby and creating a spectacular outdoor patio dining setting overlooking our private lake,” said Thierry Grodet, general manager. “With the project complete, the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North now has the latest and greatest amenity and services packages available within its segment in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter area.”

The comprehensive remodel impacted every corner of the property. Guestrooms and suites received all new soft goods and bathroom amenities. Additionally, two new Perimeter Suites were introduced, and the largest Bi-Level suite now provides two bedrooms. The lobby’s new café and marketplace, Perimeter Provisions, features sundries, quick bites and a Starbucks Outlet. As part of its rejuvenation, the lobby also was opened to allow more natural lighting for a contemporary look with charming, mid-century components.

Located in the prestigious Perimeter Center neighborhood of metro Atlanta at 7 Concourse Parkway NE, the pet-friendly hotel provides easy access to the MARTA railway system and is close to the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center and Perimeter Mall, Atlanta’s largest upscale mall. Guest rooms and suites feature Westin’s Heavenly Bed 2.0 and panoramic views of Atlanta’s various skylines, including Buckhead and Mid-Town. Seventeen spacious Living Room Suites provide separate bedroom and over-sized parlor with sofa and dining area. With 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and the latest amenities, the hotel is well prepared to host virtually any business gathering or social event. Additional hotel amenities include an outdoor pool and Westin Workout fitness room.
