Reimagining EAST Miami: A Collaborative Renovation by The Hardy Group for Trinity Investments

The Hardy Group, alongside Trinity Investments, successfully managed the renovation of key areas within EAST Miami, focusing on enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the property.

The project centered around two primary areas: the Sugar Bar and the Pool Deck. Through strategic collaboration with design and construction partners, as well as the project management team at Trinity Investments, The Hardy Group helped to deliver updated spaces to align with the hotel’s contemporary style and design philosophy to find beauty in simple, natural motifs.

The Sugar Bar, located on the 40th floor, spans approximately 5,000 square feet. The existing outdoor patio was revitalized with updated landscaping, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), as well as benches throughout. The Pool Deck, covering approximately 8,700 square feet on the 5th floor, underwent a thoughtful renovation to improve its serviceability and aesthetic. The project involved upgrading existing FF&E with more sophisticated items, introducing a more natural and luxurious tone to the space. Additionally, new cabanas were installed, and modern bathrooms were added to improve guest experience and comfort.

To achieve these successful renovations, The Hardy Group collaborated with a team of highly skilled consultants and contractors. The Interior Design was led by Susurrus, with Leo A Daly serving as the Architect of Record. DH Companies was the Purchasing Agent, and Continental Contractors was the general contractor. This collaborative effort ensured that the project met guests expectations and Trinity Investments’ high standards of quality and innovation.
