Development Oversight for Marriott Marquis D.C. Wraps Complex, Top-Down Construction
Designed adjacent to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, a new-build, 1,175-room, 49 suite hotel opened in May 2014; The Marriott Marquis D.C., was developed by Quadrangle Development Corporation and Capstone Development, LLC.
