Redevelopment of Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia Complete

The Hardy Group is pleased to announce the completion of renovation at The Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The 495-key hotel serves as the flagship property of the luxury Crowne Plaza brand and its signature WorkLife Brand concept.

“Despite the challenge of a complex, multi-million-dollar renovation, we finished this project in the course of a year, all while reimagining everything from the guestrooms to the brand-new public space concept,” said Eric Augur, Senior Project Director at The Hardy Group. “Thanks to our hardworking team, we’ve delivered a unique product for a class of traveller that requires comfort and flexibility, no matter the purpose of their trip.”

A Crowne Plaza property since 1991, initial design work on the Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia began in December of 2017, with major renovations completing in February 2018. Located directly in front of the IHG international corporate headquarters, upgrades to the hotel include an updated restaurant, bar, and lobby area.

Developed with the modern business traveler in mind, guestrooms incorporate the new IHG WorkLife Brand concept. Design features include flexible environments and distinct zones that encourage guests to work, relax and recharge. In the public areas, space has been reworked to create sleek and open-concept modern design. The upper lobby has been rebranded as the “Plaza Workspace,” allowing for flexible meeting and work areas with private “studios” which offer multipurpose breakout rooms that can be booked by the hour.

Nestled on 42 acres of woodland in Ravinia Park, the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia occupies a prime location in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center, near Buckhead, downtown Atlanta, the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, and many Fortune 500 corporate offices. With amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and a full-service business center, the hotel is well positioned to be the premiere choice for group stays and events.
