Hardy Leads Assemblage's New Park Avenue Location

Overlooking New York’s famous Park Avenue, the unique co-working space, The Assemblage, opened its new location in June 2019 after several years of construction. The Hardy Group played the role of liaison between direction of the ownership, Prodigy Network, the creative direction of the Assemblage team and the developer, Shorewood Real Estate Group, to ensure the project was accomplished successfully. Hardy led the project by working with the Assemblage’s Chief Creative Officer to manage procurement and installation of furnishings, finishes, artwork, décor and landscaping for its 12 floors. The co-working space includes a podcast recording studio, a multi-purpose media room, meditation rooms, nature rooms, botanical café, private event spaces, communal workspaces and private offices. “The Hardy Group was excited to be part of this unique project, it was a pleasure collaborating with Assemblage, Prodigy, Shorewood and Mancini Duffy teams – in bringing together a flexible and distinctive co-working space” said Anthony Legamaro, Senior Project Director at The Hardy Group.

The project also incorporated distinctive spaces designed for members to experience personal and professional transformation. Spaces include healing caves – a fully immersive nature caves to meditate or create, the Celestial Bar – a plant-based elixir bar based on the planets patterns to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and the Sound Room – a dedicated space to experience transformative nature of sound to relax and reset. With over 37,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed social and work spaces by Mancini Duffy and décor by MDLX, members have access to a variety of amenities and alternatives to choose from.
