HARDY’s in-house estimating team can review or create project budgets and schedules to provide accurate and current guidance on project. Cost Estimating can be provided on a conceptual basis with minimal documentation or more detailed analysis when greater project information is available.
HARDY can provide expert consulting services with Clients as they are navigating the challenges of brand mandated renovations and PIP negotiations. We assist the Owner in identifying opportunities which may allow for a more cost-effective compliance with brand standards or can negotiate waivers based on prior work experience and knowledge.
Owner Representation provides Clients with a HARDY representative to monitor, advise, and report on the overall performance of a third-party development team. Often HARDY can provide expertise and advise related to hospitality development for those experienced developers who may be more familiar with other commercial real estate asset classes.
